Reservation Policy

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card for the entire length of stay. For those who use debit cards those funds will not be available for use until cleared by the individuals bank. Guests under 21 years of age cannot rent a room without an adult.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours, which means, that you must cancel by 4PM 2 days prior to arrival, to avoid being charged for the first night. After the Cancellation Period has expired, your card will be charged for the first night.  In the event of weather causing flight schedule revisions or cancellations, refunds will not be given. Travel insurance is suggested.

Pet accommodations: $35.00 USD per night. Pet limit: Maximum of 2 Pets per room, up to 75 pounds per pet. Refundable pet deposit required: $150.00 USD. Pets may not be left unattended at any time.

Parking notice: During Durango's peak seasons the town is very busy; parking is limited during these times to one vehicle per rented room. No trailers or over sized vehicles. Call 970-259-7900 for dates and details.

In addition to the charge for the first night:
If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the remaining anticipated balance to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for typically 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
